Where Couture Meets Concrete The Dual Vision of Eddy Nemri

The Tunisian-Lebanese creative force has built a rare dual identity: couture disruptor and real estate visionary

Eddy Nemri isn’t just designing clothes – he’s shaping skylines. His fashion house breaks rules with precision – think razor-edged menswear, unapologetic seduction in Unveil Her, and the bold opulence of Velvet Venom.

At the same time, as President of Object One, he's helping to redraw Dubai’s horizon, turning raw plots into architectural statements. Whether it’s a garment or a glass tower, Nemri builds with intention, where form meets ambition and luxury is more than aesthetic – it’s engineered.

You’re building in two high-stakes worlds – fashion and real estate. What connects them for you?
Both are about vision and value. In fashion, I create pieces that speak before you do. In real estate, I present opportunities that speak to lifestyle, ambition, and investment. Whether it’s a dress or a penthouse, I’m selling something that elevates how people see themselves.

Your designs speak to individuality and rebellion. How do you make sure each piece carries that attitude?
I design from instinct, not from trend reports. Every dress or suit I release carries a piece of my personality—bold, precise, and unapologetic. It’s about seduction with structure, beauty with edge. That balance is my signature.

Architecture shaped your foundation. How does that influence your work at Object One?
Architecture gave me an eye for proportion, detail, and emotional impact. At Object One, it helps me understand spaces not just as units to sell, but as experiences to position. I know what high-end buyers want because I see beyond the walls—I sell the feeling.

Balancing two industries at this level isn’t easy. What keeps you grounded – and what keeps you going?
What grounds me is purpose—knowing exactly why I started both journeys. What keeps me going is the hunger to elevate. I’m not here to repeat what’s been done. I want to raise the bar, in both luxury fashion and real estate.

Your aesthetic is part classic tailoring, part contemporary edge. What drives that tension in your work?
It reflects who I am—rooted in tradition but obsessed with evolution. I love timeless silhouettes, but I disrupt them with bold choices. That friction is what gives my collections power. It’s elegance with a pulse.

Dubai’s real estate market is cutthroat. What’s been your edge in staying ahead?
I don’t sell properties—I sell potential. I understand what high-net-worth clients are really looking for, and I curate that experience for them. My edge is trust, taste, and relentless execution. That’s what sets Object One apart.

You speak multiple languages. How has that shaped your international reach and business style?
It’s been key. In this business, people invest in people first. Speaking someone’s language builds immediate connection and trust. It’s helped me build relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond—both in deals and in fashion.

Both fashion and real estate are visual languages. How do they inform each other in your process?
They sharpen each other. Fashion taught me how to create desire through presentation. Real estate taught me how to package value. In both, you need to show beauty, but you also need to deliver results. I do both.

What’s been your biggest challenge in bridging fashion and real estate – and how did you handle it?
The challenge was proving I could be taken seriously in both. People often want to box you in. I broke that by performing—hitting numbers in sales, and delivering collections that got noticed. I didn’t talk—I delivered.

What’s next? What’s the future for your brand – and for Object One?
For Eddy Nemri, it’s global visibility—taking the brand to more red carpets, more international markets. For Object One, it’s continuing to serve luxury investors and end-users with precision—expanding our portfolio while keeping it exclusive and curated. I'm building brands that don’t just grow—they last.
