Spices and Wonders: Sailing the Indian Ocean

Louvre Abu Dhabi opens the season with an exhibition exploring the trade routes that connected Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe for centuries. Through historical objects, textiles, ceramics and spices, it reveals how these journeys shaped cultures, ideas and artistic traditions across the Indian Ocean.

One of the year's most anticipated cultural events, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi officially opens on December 11.
