Your Artwork Could Be Projected on the Burj Khalifa—Here's How to Apply

Emaar is once again giving creatives the opportunity to transform the world's tallest building into a spectacular digital canvas

Artists, designers, animators, and visual storytellers are invited to take part in Emaar's Burj Khalifa Open Call, an international competition offering creatives the chance to showcase their work on one of the world's most recognizable landmarks.

Participants are encouraged to develop an original three-minute projection that reflects Dubai's creativity, innovation, and dynamic cultural identity. Selected concepts will be adapted for the Burj Khalifa's iconic LED façade, giving one winning vision global visibility.

The competition welcomes original video and animation projects created specifically for the tower's unique projection system. Entries should not only demonstrate strong visual storytelling but also comply with the technical specifications required for the display.

To enter, applicants must submit their artwork together with a short concept statement explaining the inspiration and creative vision behind the project. All submissions should be emailed to opencall@emaar.ae.

The competition is open until August 18, 2026, giving creatives several weeks to develop and submit their ideas.

For complete submission guidelines and technical requirements, applicants can visit the official Burj Khalifa Open Call page.

For artists looking to showcase their work on a truly global stage, opportunities don't get much bigger than seeing their vision illuminate the skyline of Dubai.
