_{He will work together with chef Reif Othman to create an Asian-inspired meal with a global influence. Diners may anticipate robata-grilled skewers, tangy ceviche, and umami-loaded sushi that are all balanced with scientific (or, more accurately, AI-calibrated) accuracy.}

_{With its ability to assess produce, adjust to seasonal components, and improvise recipes in real time, Chef Aiman takes centre stage while the majority of restaurant AI systems covertly do duties like stock control or reservations.}
