The 31st edition of the world’s premier luxury yacht event sets new benchmarks in sales, networking, and cutting-edge technology

After five days of high-end boat purchases, exclusive industry deals, and cutting-edge technologies, the Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS) 2025 has come to an end. DIBS 2025 has confirmed Dubai's position as a global superyacht hub and a pioneer in luxury maritime experiences, drawing attendees and exhibitors from more than 60 countries.

Yacht Sales & Industry Milestones

The 2025 edition saw top manufacturers reveal gorgeous new models and secure significant sales, ranging from multi-million dollar transactions to the introduction of cutting-edge yachts.

Sunreef Yachts: UAE-Built ULTIMA 55 Takes Center Stage

Luxury catamaran giant Sunreef Yachts turned heads with its ULTIMA 111, a 36.25m ultramodern catamaran, while selling five yachts, including the ULTIMA 55 and Sunreef 60.
"Presenting our first UAE-built yacht was an emotional milestone," said Artur Poloczanski, Sunreef’s Public Relations Director.

SanLorenzo: Expanding in the UAE Market

With over 60 years in luxury yacht building, Italian shipbuilder SanLorenzo highlighted the show’s role in securing valuable buyer relationships. "Sales have been strong, and we’re finalizing key negotiations, primarily with Dubai-based clients," said Gabriele Stella, Head of Sales.

Gulf Craft: 18 Vessels, 8 Global Launches & a Superyacht Service Hub

Gulf Craft, a UAE-based company and one of DIBS's original exhibitors, created a stir with its 18 opulent ships, including eight world premieres. One notable event that highlighted the high level of regional demand was the selling of the first-ever Majesty 145.

In addition, Chairman Mohammed Al Shaali opened a Superyacht Service Center in Ajman, further solidifying Dubai's standing as a major player in the world of yachting.

New for 2025: Dedicated Brokerage Section Delivers Results

A major highlight of DIBS 2025 was the introduction of a luxury yacht brokerage zone, featuring top firms like Bush & Noble, BehneMar, and Burgess.

"Each year, DIBS grows bigger and better. The brokerage section was a fantastic addition, and we've had great business discussions that will lead to major deals," said Anastazja Kociokowska, Business Development & ESG Manager at Burgess.

AI & Tech: The Future of Yachting is Here

One of the hottest discussions at DIBS 2025 was the increasing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in yacht design, navigation, and automation.
